27 Mar Brittany + Brandon | Ross Bridge Wedding

When I look back on Brittany and Brandon’s wedding day, I remember how classy it felt from top to bottom. Their parents, their wedding party, their guests, the event… everyone I came across that day, working throughout the day, was so gracious and happy for this couple. I also always looked forward to our planning sessions together. I’ve never had a father of the bride attend all planning meetings and this definitely was a treat for me. Brittany’s parents had very defined details and expectations for her wedding and they truly made my job so easy.

The only thing that went wrong that day was something that, unfortunately, I have no say so in… the weather. A bad storm developed that evening that started right at ceremony time and kept going well into the night. Both the ceremony and reception were indoors but those coveted sunset photos that couples love to partake in out on the greens of the lovely Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort were lost to us that night. But I think you’ll see that Irwin Funes still captured a lot of drama and magic for these two inside the resort.

Some of my most favorite things about this wedding were the bridesmaids robes, necklaces, and dresses, the flowers Brandon had delivered to his bride the morning of, her mom’s gorgeous purple dress, the second line guests were treated to kicking off the reception, and of course… that kiss!
