17 Feb Betsy & Jim | Engagement Photos

I think when considering what location to take your engagement photos, you should go someplace that really means a great deal to you both. There is no better representation for Betsy and Jim than her family home on Lake Martin. These high school sweethearts have spent a lot of time on these waters together, so as you can imagine, it was numero uno. Really though, photos taken on or near the water are just the best, right? Bonus for me too… this locale is where the wedding will be in June. I hope to have at least one evening on their dock with a glass of wine and my feet up watching a gorgeous sunset after a long-day of tent, lighting and equipment installation. I love lake weddings and this one is going to be fantastic!
